The design for the Zurich North America Headquarters mirrors the company’s core values of reliability, strength, and focus on the future. The property is made up of three “bars” that are stacked and offset one another. Floor to ceiling windows and outdoor spaces promote wellness and productivity for the roughly 3,000 Zurich employees that work in the building. As a certified LEED Platinum project, the lighting design had to provide functional office lighting while fiercely committing to the sustainability of the building.
